Cancellations will be accepted 48 hours before your actual schedule time. To receive a refund less a cancellation fee of 20%, you must submit a written notice of cancellation. Notification must be received no later than 48 hours via email to booking@BodyNHealth.org. After due time of service, no refunds will be made. However, a substitution may be submitted for review.
